2. You have to try the Hawaiian pineapples, although a bit more pricey than those at home, they were by far the sweetest I have ever eaten- common area bbq's: after a full day of swimming/snorkeling, a burger has never tasted any better.

4. You can rent chairs and umbrellas although we found it to be a bit pricey ($40 for 2 chairs and an umbrella per day).

5. We had dinner in their Italian restaurant and it was good although pricey for pasta but what isn't pricey in Hawaii? We did not get an upgrade or late checkout like we often get with Starwood Gold status but the villas have a departure lounge with showers and lockers so you can enjoy the pool and beach all day get cleaned up if you have a late night flight.
