1. It was very frustrating, not to mention uncomfortable to know that they were cleaning without my knowledge while I was in the room with my son.

3. parking after sunset at the north villas was frustrating as many of the spots were for compact cars (we had a Hyundai Santa Fe, not the biggest car ever made, but still) and people would take up ore than one spot by trying to park their cars in these compact spots, thanks.
