1. Do you really need to answer emails and say hello to everyone walking by when guests are sitting at your desk? The concierge asked us to focus on dinner reservations so that we would not get 'confused'--we must have looked especially slow-witted that day, maybe related to the 0545 phone calls.

4. They casually swam by us in very shallow water approximately 20-30 feet off the beach, very unusual and it was a bit concerning for many people as they thought they may beach themselves, but they didn't, they just swam by very slowly and gave everyone some great picture and video shots.

5. I don't mean to imply that service was slow, rather that sometimes there just didn't seem to be enough staff so there were long hold times on the phone when calling the front desk or housekeeping.
