We decided to stay there and take advantage of one of those great American Express travel deals (BIG MISTAKE) and were constantly being hounded by the concierge to come and talk about their property and to schedule an appointment to look at some larger units at the property in hopes of us purchasing a time share.

3. Who wants to spend the good part of a day trying to fix a simple mistake made by the hotel?Many of the (friendly) staff lack basic hospitality skills such as efficiency, competency and professionalism often present in other Starwood properties.

4. Also, the bathtub drain didn't drain well and they made a mistake on our bill that they finally figured out and rectified.

9. We pointed out to the front desk that this was technically impossible , but they maintained that their system is incapable of making a mistake in its logging of calls, and even suggested that perhaps one of our children was playing with the phone.
