1. It was very frustrating, not to mention uncomfortable to know that they were cleaning without my knowledge while I was in the room with my son.

If there is anything I would suggest it would be to recreate a more family friendly environment even by the pool it was a little uncomfortable too many kids climbing on each other and when we asked the pool attendant to do something before someone gets hurt he said I have to wait for a manager from the other side it took too long.
