1. You would think that after all the hassle, they would at least offer to comp the meal and drinks for that day, but no efforts were made.

3. We did stay in the North complex - not sure if there is much difference or not? Parking can be a bit of a hassle - we rented a full size and many spaced are marked 'Compact Only'.

7. Our only recommendation would be open the towel area at the pirate ship earlier (like 8:30 or 9am rather than 10am) as young children are up at an earlier time and it is a hassle to try to go to the main pool for towels rather than just being able to get them at the pirate ship.

8. in order to move, i was required to check out at 10am and to then check back in at 4pm and the hassle factor relative to the zero improvement in my view was not worth it.
