1. I was in the north pointe building in a 3rd floor room facing the pool, yes it is loud in the evenings when people are at the pool but with the TV on i could not hear a thing.

5. It was a weekend and the noise level went down once Sunday evening came so maybe it was just the weekend, spring break, lots of kids, all of the above that worked together to make it extremely loud.
