5. -also we had a villa rented, so groceries went bad because we couldn't get into the room-they said the previous guests had pets, and the carpets are being shampooed-we return from dinner in scottsdale around 9:45pm, and our key doesn't work-when we finally got into the room, there were two 40lb industrial fans going that we had to move-and the room definitely smelled like pet urine-not to mention the carpets were WET It was the most awful hotel experience, I've ever had.
