10. I wasn't looking to get anything for free or discounted, just was unhappy with the way the handled the situation-and this director made me even madder-had the balls to say thank you for staying with us, hope we made everything enjoyable for you after basically calling my wife and i liars-Not very good customer service-the pool was fun, but expensive as most hotels are-I would expect more out of a hilton owned company, but appaerantly once they have your money they have no more concerns of any problems-I have been there many times and it seems like each time it has gone downhill-will definatley never stay there again or even recommend it to anyone-if you decide to stay there-i highly suggest you make any complaints you have instantly before you get the run around like i did.
