1. The only complaint we had was a rather abrupt waiter in the Bar however the server who eventually provided us with the bill was pleasant - so maybe the first waiter was just having a bad day.

3. On leaving, we paid our bill (pleased it was not bald guy with bushy beard)and the lady who dealed with us was lovely, she was a black young woman with braided highlighted hair tied back with a band, I am sorry I didn't get your name but was in shock at what you had to tell us.

5. It is never a simple process to dispute with their billing department (the only part of the property that lacks the same great service I come back for) and it is the one thing that will, eventually, prevent me from going back there if it happens again (I'm giving the property one last chance in September).

6. My suggestion to anyone planning to stay there; is to keep all email confirmations and make sure everything on the bill is perfect before you leave.
