3. The front concierge was very helpful in terms of organising tickets etc, but limited assistance with local services needed (we needed a same-day tailor, ended up finding it through yelp instead).

4. The concierge club was just okay - I've seen better at Sheratons in multiple cities, and despite the timings of serving breakfast, etc being listed, I found that during my stay they were inconsistent with the listed times, so you couldn't expect anything but drinks.
