4. Housekeeping in this hotel was really great - the room was well kept, the housekeeping tried 2 times to get security to let me into the room (on top of my 3 phone call requests!) and the man who bought the robe to the room was quick & very efficient.

6. The rooms are pleasant but housekeeping continually leaves things out , glasses , towels ,laundry forms, shampoo etc small things , but all add up .
