3. I stayed at the doubletree suites in times square this same trip and surprisingly the room was MUCH nicer, location just as good, and cost HALF THE PRICE.

4. If your going for the breakfast, book a lower room category and have breakfast at any diner in NYC which are within walking distance from the hotel and 10 times better and cost less.

6. Just one block from Times Square - huge subway hub we used to go to Statue of Liberty (Battery Park) as well as LGA for mimimal cost - sure beats taxis and the kids loved it.
