5. Many hotel rooms in NYC are very small unless you pay an 'arm and a leg', this was a really nice size room for the price.

7. the desk chair and easy chair were fabric and had been stained, we put towels over them during our stay, but we were paying westin times square at New Years prices for the room and furnishings, couldn't they at least do a quick steam-clean of the upholstery in the 3 hours they made us wait to get our room ready.
