1. One block from Times Square (you can hear the hustle from the 22nd flr, but it's not too bad), close to the theatres, a short walk from Hell's Kitchen and the restaurants, and the subway is under the building so travelling around is easy if you don't fancy walking.

4. The location is hard to beat, Times Square and Broadway on the doorstep, Empire State, Chrysler, Rockefellar, Grand Central, Central Park, Shopping, all within walking distance or short taxi ride.

5. All the Broadway theatres are a short distance from the hotel (although the streets can be quite crowded just before curtain time, so give yourself plenty of time to walk).

7. This hotel is not in the center of Time Square, but plenty close enough to walk there in under 5 minutes and still be out of the chaos in the evenings for a quiet nights sleep.
