1. The event manager and staff were great to work with and for that, I would definitely use this hotel in the future for business/event space.

2. Regardless this is a nice property and the issues I had are very easily correctable, sounds like the General Manager just needs to mention some of my items to the executive housekeeper at their next meeting.

3. The stand out touch, though, was the bottle of Champagne in our room by Hotel manager Soo Lee to help us celebrate our anniversary.

4. Jonathan, the front desk manager took care of all of the arrangements, including the use of my points and he transferred my luggage while I was in a business meeting.

5. Unlike much of NYC the room was excellent and the entire staff, from managers to bellmen was friendly, efficient, and effective.
