1. Everything was delivered on time, the room service server was excellent and the food was also very good which leads me to believe the restaurants on property are great as well.

8. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the room service is typical Starwood (above average but not great) and bar (Bar 10) always has a good crowd and the hotel restaurant (Shula's) is consistently good.
