I had a reservation for three (3) nights Friday-Monday 12/17/2010 - 12/20/2010 I was running late so I called the hotel to tell them that and not put me in the no show list at 8:54 pm the girl said that she would make sure, Well upon my arrival no one offered to help me with my bags or offered help with parking they told me to go down 3 blocks over 1 up 2 and that I would find parking well I did after 30 min.
