Well when I get to my room it was a hanhicapped room which had no tube just an open door shower with no curtin well it was late I called Carl and he advised me that He would move me to a suite the nest day well after breakfast I went by to the front desk to find out about it and Carl had not told them what he told me I spoke with Adam director of front desk who also told me that the girl that I spoke with on the phone had not made a note in my file starting this off no room was ready to be moved to and we waited until the afternoon for it so Adam gave us Dinner well that was good until we found a plastic tag in the soup and then they wanted to lie about it just tell the truth that is all I wanted our room was not serviced that day so I had to call for service late after we got back in when we just wanted to rest.
