8. Although I qualified for 4pm late checkout (as a corporate preferred) they only gave us key access until 11am so I ended up being stranded in the hallway for 45 mins outside the room while waiting for security to let me in which was unacceptable.

9. The express checkout would not work & apparently DOESN'T from within the room if you have an extended check-out time so allow time to deal with that.

10. Technically you are supposed to check out at 11am so that means a typical guest could only access it for a very short period of time on their day of checkout.
