1. - Everything in the room works fine - bed is reasonably comfortable, dryer in bathroom worked, shower worked, TV worked, etc.

3. The beds and linens are supremely comfortable - they are actually one of the reasons we keep picking this hotel after trying some other places.

4. The rooms are small but really are a reasonable size for NYC and considering the amount of time you're likely to spend in them, it's no big deal.

10. There is also a restaurant/deli/grocery out the side door of the hotel and on the same block that was much more reasonable but, again, lacking charm, but reasonable food and reasonable prices (for New York).
