1. A hotel like The Sheraton, with so many international and business travellers deserves and needs a high class restaurant to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

2. You feel like you're at a train station or supermarket, the lobby is just masses of people, and barely any staff and the staff that is there ignore you or are not very helpful or friendly at all.

6. I was a little leary after booking this hotel on Hotwire and reading some of the reviews regarding lines and noise and the like.

8. Basically we've stayed at three other hotels in NYC and now we don't go anywhere else but this one to the point that we pick a general timeframe we'd like to go to the city and then wait and watch for a deal at this hotel.

9. If you're like our family and mainly go down to NYC to see some shows or to predominantly spend your time doing some of the tourist attractions, shopping and wandering in midtown, this is a great hotel to stay in.
