Now I know that as a lowly Gold member, I might not deserve a desk agent to smile or be polite to a loyal member, but really, I would think that the management would want the agents to try an accommodate requests of their most regular guests and if not possible, to still smile, thank the guest for staying with them etc.

7. If you do choose this hotel INSIST on being accommodated in the renovated section of the hotel floors 29 and higher.
