3. You feel like you're at a train station or supermarket, the lobby is just masses of people, and barely any staff and the staff that is there ignore you or are not very helpful or friendly at all.

8. The customer service from the reception desk was less than friendly, our request for extra pillows was ignored and our in-room coffee wasn't replaced when the room was cleaned but that is nothing that could ruin a trip.
