1. Basically we've stayed at three other hotels in NYC and now we don't go anywhere else but this one to the point that we pick a general timeframe we'd like to go to the city and then wait and watch for a deal at this hotel.

2. But generally the staff is very helpful and accommodating - everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeepers and maintenance staff to the bellboys and doorman.

4. Being Easter weekend, we expected the hotel to be busy, but on every occasion, there were only ever two staff on the general reception (excluding high tier Starwood check-in).

5. We were there for 10days and found staff generally very friendly and helpful inparticular concierge John who helped plan our whole trip and went out of his way many times to ensure we enjoyed our time there.

10. The amazing service started before we had even left London when I contacted the hotel to see if there was anything they could do help make my wife's stay even more special and received a reply from Ingrid, the general Managers executive assistant.
