1. The desk person did not give the proper greeting, especially when I explained that as a platinum member, waiting in line, while the starwood position not staffed, during a very long wait is NOT acceptable.

5. We were on the 33rd floor and whist there was no view as such from our room beyond the offices opposite it was of acceptable standard and tidy and clean.
