1. The only issue I had was the new AC system, seemed to have to run 24x7 just to keep the room comfortable.

3. as we checked in, a frizzy head lady told us 'you chose a baaaad weekend to come to new york' this is after watching her and her fellow staff have a fight infront of us while we waited to be checked in.

8. - For my most recent stay, I was given a room on the 33rd floor, which appears to have newly rennovated rooms which are clean and airy.
