9. The only thing that was wrong with our room (I don't think it's in all rooms our room was 1601) but there was several long skinny cracks in the ceiling but I wasn't bothered.

10. The neighborhood, if you turn the wrong way, can be quite scary, so get familiar with your bearings early.
