7. Unfortunate choice of tile decor as what was supposed to look like marbling in the shower (I assume) I thought just ended up looking dirty - but it was not - the room was well cleaned.

9. The room we were allocated was small, dirty (tiles around bath were very stained and uninviting) We were upgraded once I'd pointed out our dissatisfaction but other than being given a bigger floorspace there were no obvious benefits.
