3. Stayed here for 3 nights - hotel reservation system was offline during check-in and they could not find our reservation because due to our flight delay from Australia we had arrived a day later than expected.

4. We did have some trouble upon checking out, since someone had charged $300 to our room in the hotel restaurant, but it was eventually cleared up within a week (which is probably too long, but given how attentive the staff was during our stay I'm not taking off a star for the delay).

6. Myself and 2 colleagues were delayed in San Francisco as a result of the ash cloud and picked up a great deal on Hotwire at the last minute.
