1. I did NOT give 5 stars due to lack of attention to detail compared to truly 5 star hotels, insufficiently working TV, and giving me someone else's used food condiments during Room Service.
"Great property with a couple bumps " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/5/2012 Vote
2. Im a Platinum Ambassador member with this chain and see lots of hotels in the Intercontinental group, this is a great hotel, let down by the lack of that personal warm experience, like you get up the road at the Intercontinental Mark Hopkins.
"Nice - but some staff let it down.. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/26/2012 Vote
3. If I could get a room here for the same price again I would definitely stay here again, the only reason for not giving it a 5/5 is a slight lack of wow factor compared to other places we stayed at on this trip for roughly the same price.
"Exactly as Expected " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/25/2012 Vote
4. Other pet peeves; no urn of coffee in the lobby to grab and go early the next morning, no free Internet, lack of room outlets, no mirror in the room for grooming, telephones that require a PhD to utilize; not to mention the annoying advertisements flashing on a 6'x4' telephone screen and no Sunday newspaper.
"50/50 " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/16/2012 Vote
5. I cut three fingers on the sliding glass bathroom door (glass is not a good idea for a bathroom, as is the lack of a fan for privacy).
"50/50 " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/16/2012 Vote
6. I felt lack of restaurant in this area though, I might look at wrong direction or area.
"Amazing view from a room and smart location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/15/2012 Vote
7. I wish all InterContinental properties were this good & if it weren't for the fact that Priority Club Rewards lacks a decent mid-level chain, I would be Platinum Elite :).
"Great Hotel! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/6/2011 Vote
8. This hotel might lack the exclusive and sedate ambience of the Mark Hopkins, but their rates and services are superior if one is lucky enough to get the right person at check-in.
"Great business hotel which can also be a fun vacation getaway " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/17/2011 Vote
9. 5 star hotel they are lacking.
"Would Only Stay Here on A Deal " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/19/2011 Vote
10. Check out was efficient, but again lacked personality and sincerity.
"Nice convention hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/1/2011 Vote
