Most frustrating was the fact that they totally
mess
ed up our bills, and although some time has passed, they still haven't straightened it out (it was just a simple matter of splitting the room charge), so we can't file for travel reimbursement.

The rooms were well appointed and big - there were three of us and we had 3 large suitcases and 10 days worth of clothing and managed to fit it all in without making a huge
