Small things I notice as a business traveler that make a difference:* More than 3 quality towels available in the bathroom, meaning 2 guests can shower twice without needing to call housekeeping* Full size pillows (some Holiday Inn properties have serious smaller pillow issues)* An iron that steams, and also has a retractable cord* Good lighting in bathrooms and around beds and desks* Keycard elevator access, ensuring only hotel guests get to the floor* Bellhop staff trying extra hard to find those elusive SF taxis* Quick, hot and tasty room serviceI'm getting to San Francisco a lot for work these days, and I'm really pleased with what's on offer from this hotel.
