1. The wi-fi was $15 per day, which i found outrageous.

2. When we returned at 11:00pm that night there was still feather bedding, It took them almost an hour and two visits to get us non-feather bedding, The charge for internet (wireless or regular) or to use the business center is outrageous for a hotel of this size and reputation.

3. Youre on the edge of Silicon Valley and they charge you $15/day for internet?? outrageous when your stay for 1 night and parking will easily exceed $200.

4. There is really no reason to have a car in SF, as almost everything is within walking distance, or at least a short ride away on the MUNI, making their outrageous parking fees irrelevant (and all hotels have absurd fees in the area).

5. One last thing I have to add:Upon check-out I had to explain (again) that I do not have to pay for the Internet fees ($60 for 4 days are OUTRAGEOUS) and I don't like to 'beg' for things which were already agreed upon.
