2. We stayed at this hotel expecting a wonderful stay at a 5 star hotel in San Fransisco, what we got was a cold, industrial hotel, with an unhelpful staff, and a closet of a room.

3. The gentleman that checked us in early was rude and haughty, the Concierge that we asked for additional information on the Barberry Coast walking tour was unhelpful, and the bartender that didnt know what Blueberry Tea was had no interest in googling it to find out, or offering other alternatives and eventually just walked away from us.

5. They have been incredibly difficult to deal with, their finance department is uncaring and unhelpful, and when I've asked to speak to someone higher up to get this addressed, they tell me that anyone else at the hotel including management is unable to help and will simply transfer me to the same finance person.
