1. Only downside was the first evening when we walked to our dinner reservation we walked through The Tenderloin - not a good experience - suggest you get the concierge to point this area out to you so you can avoid it.

4. The staff were attentive when I was going out from the hotel, telling the taxi driver my destination which is a classy touch anywhere that can avoid miscommunication.

5. avoid going towards Sixth and Seventh streets though because it can be a bit of a dicey crowd, particularly late night.
