1. I thought about it and explained that no, what I wanted was the opportunity to leave the hotel thinking good things about it instead of negative ones.

10. I did NOT use the Concierge that so many other reviewers complained about so it must be said that my stay may have been negatively affected had I encountered the issues that others did.
