1. Only two complain: no bottled water at the club level to take to your room ( there was plenty of sodas to take out) and our room was next to elevators and it was noisy.

6. The breakfast buffet was pretty spectacular and my only disappointment was a industrially baked muffin on the Saturday morning (think it was eggs benedict sitting too long in the heater which was a shame) - but lovely fruit, cereals, bread and smoked salmon so cannot complain.

7. I did NOT use the Concierge that so many other reviewers complained about so it must be said that my stay may have been negatively affected had I encountered the issues that others did.

10. We were using a 'buy one, get one weekend night free' certificate (from IC's Ambassador program), and the supervisor actually complained out loud about how customers with these certificates never give the hotel any advance notice about using them.
