1. I got up and asked politely if she could come back, but as I stumbled back to the bed, I couldn't help but wonder if they should try to cross-reference the wake-up call times with the rooms they are trying to make-up so as not to disturb those who are clearly still sleeping.

8. If you turn your 'Do Not disturb' light on, should it really warrant a note under your door PLUS a phone call from security? We were trying to take a light nap after hearing all the noise from that family in the room next door to ours, yet we still got disturbed by hotel staff.

10. we're the type who don't really care if our room is made up or not, so we keep the lighted 'Do Not disturb' button turned on in the hallway.
