1. I did not try out the restaurant, bar or gym - having two little kids certainly restricts how much of that you can do, unfortunately, but everything was buzzing and looked great whenever we walked through the lobby.

2. unfortunate choice of tile decor as what was supposed to look like marbling in the shower (I assume) I thought just ended up looking dirty - but it was not - the room was well cleaned.

4. We arrived late at night and were hungry so ordered room service - just some pizza and soup - unfortunately this was truly awful so not a great introduction to the hotel.

7. I stayed at the Intercontinental on business attending a large conferene at the Moscone Centre, I got a small corner room, unfortunately no view to speak off, good sized bathroom, walk in shower and nice toiletries.

9. I had drinks at the bar, unfortunately I was not able to eat at the restaurant, but the smells wafting from that way were intoxicating.
