1. Once again in the hotel book, it stated to see the front desk and they would point me in the right direction - wrong.

2. Lots of little issues - we asked where the nearest laundromat was and was given the wrong address and ended up carting bags of laundry around NYC asking random people where the nearest one was.

4. Thinking there was something wrong with our heater we rang the front desk only to be told that the entire hotel is only heated during the winter months.

5. There was a bit of an unprofessional reaction from the staff in the hotel to that claiming that the car is coming, nearby and that what we did was wrong.
