1. My only complaint was the guy next door made a lot of LOUD (screaming obscenities) and lengthy phonecalls and when I called the front desk to see if they could encourage him to lower his voice, they promised to send security up and never did.

10. Doors to rooms slam when guests come and go so this can be very loud at night and in the morning, I personally didn't sleep well for the 5 night stay so left pretty tired.
