1. I wasn't looking to start something, but I was hoping someone would get him to tone it down a bit because it was pretty awful listening to him ripping strips off his poor bullied employee on the other end.

4. The only thing stopping me giving the Holiday Inn Midtown 5/5 is the fact they recommended that we take a Go Airlink NYC Shuttle from JFK to Manhattan - I took their word for it without checking any more review sites for information on the Go Airlink NYC Shuttle's awful service.
