1. The rooms are small, not really clean and have chipped walls.

2. First thing in AM I noticed a small hole in wall by the radiator and paint chips, etc on floor, which weren't there before ( I would have noticed).

3. The hotel did have signs saying that they were completing rennovations, but I failed to see any evidence of that on the elevator with chipped paint on the door, a failure to operate upon pushing the floor button and severe shaking and creaking once it finally began to move.

4. The waiter was hilarious, and kept our kids laughing and asking to return every morning--or was it the chocolate chip pancakes? Good small shop for basics in the hotel, and a few small grocery stores and a pharmacy nearby at 9th Ave.

It is a nice hotel for location and it is a nice area but IT HaS MICE I woke up at 1am to find 2 large mice nibbling at my unopened pack of chips and being 15 I woke up my dad ad he called hotel management and it toke them 1 hour to come up and by that time te mice had gone nd there repaonse was you must be seeing things cos rbis hotel does not have mice but the next night I filmed the mice so they has to belevie me .

8. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the corridors, paint work badly chipped, dirty worn carpets, I could go on.
