1. on top of all of this, I unfortunately came down with a nasty ear infection and needed to see a doctor.

4. There are many complaints about the noise - but even if you are in close proximity to the elevators and pipe chases - we had the unfortunate episodes of two (2) couples have angry arguments in adjacent rooms.

10. unfortunately, the pool hours do not make sense: what is the point of closing a pool at 6 pm on a hot summer night? Isn't the idea to offer a place for travelers (and their kids) to chill out after a day on the town? Even though we love swimming - we only made it back to the hotel in time for a dip twice.
