1. We arrived to check in to be told the system was down and we had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby and a couch that was stained more than something the Goodwill would sell.

7. The bathtub is the tiniest I've ever seen, the carpet is stained and looks like it has been in place forever, the curtains are dingy and the walls have visible dirty spots and what looks almost like mold.

8. It's dated (circa 1983 decor), a bit rundown (old, stained carpet in room, battered lampshades, stained curtains, no usable outlets, old tube tv) and has noisy front doors that people let slam loudly at all hours.
