1. When took these issues to recpetion i received terrible attitude from both the receptionist and the manager.

After some additional detail as to the size of the rat and the fact that I was not going to be able to sleep in that room again we were reluctantly changed to the 14th floor to a smokers room that smelled terrible--the bottom line is that we didn't get any sleep and we all felt terrible the next day.
