3. The front desk person that checked me in was rude and condescending, My room stunk of cigarette smoke, there was no air conditioning, the wireless network rarely worked, and the place was dirty.

The woman in the shop was also rude, I walked in to have a look for some gifts and was told that food and drink were not allowed in the store; I have a cupcake in my hand which was in a sealed box, when I told her I had no intention of openning of eatinf it in the store she pointedly reminded me that there was a sign outside (obviously a jobs worth taking her job a little too far.

6. Found the desk staff and bell staff quite rude overall and was not impressed with them.

7. One person said $50, another said $300 and the duty manager in response to telling her about the charges rudely told us that there incidental charges are $100 per day for every day of your stay.
