1. If im going to say anything bad about the place its the lifts they seem to have a mind of there own and were very small on a morning its better to take the stairs down or up because your wait can be up to 15 to get to the ground from the 6th floor and vice versa.

3. Constant noise with door banging (they have no softly, softly door returns) and you could hear all the plumbing and external traffic noise was bad too.
