1. When in New York you don't need a fancy 5* room as your hardly ever in it, this hotel is perfect with cleanliness, price and overall satisfaction, definitely recommend it and would stay again.

6. You'd be hard pressed to get a better location (2 blocks to columbus circle subway) and a quieter stay on this residential street near the action, restaurants and bars.

7. There was mould all along the bath/shower and you hardly had room to swing the proverbial cat,and no storage space at all for toiletries etc.

8. These days for <$300 it is hard to find anything half decent in NY so overall i would say the hotel did its job.
